Carolyn, along with Kurt Kolaga, own Purely Dance. Without her the studio would not exist. She has built the studio from the ground up including construction work for the studio. As the Office Manager she is the head of all the administrative work. She creates and designs brochures, contributes to advertising and marketing plans, develops the class schedule, handles registration and tuition paperwork, and is involved in every business decision made for Purely Dance. She often works at the front desk greeting families, taking care of tuition payments, and answering any questions students or families may have.

Known for his ingenuity and ideas, his past construction and continued maintenance of the facility has been exceptional. Kurt is also in charge of all the financial and business aspects of Purely Dance. His business experience has been invaluable as he is involved in every business decision made for Purely Dance.

Angela has had 22 years of dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, pointe, and hip hop techniques. Tap and jazz are her favorite styles to dance. Dancing helps her to relax and makes her feel better when she is stressed. She gained dance experience at Arrowhead Dance Academy and Glendale Community College. She appreciates all the friendships and experience she has gained through dance and would not change her experiences for anything.
Angela has been teaching for about 12 years. This is her 3rd year teaching at Purely Dance. Angela has had experience teaching ages 3 through teen at Purely Dance, Gotta Dance, Dance Gallerie, Deer Valley High School, and at schools through LA Fitness. She currently teaches ages 9 through teen at Purely Dance. Her favorite dance styles to teach are jazz and tap. As a teacher, she enjoys getting to know her students and watching their dance skills improve. Dance has always been her passion and she loves seeing her students learn to love dance as much as she does. |
Hillary has had 19 years of dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop techniques. Her favorite dance style is tap. She gained dance experience at Stagedoor Dance Center and Oklahoma City University. While attending Oklahoma City University, Hillary performed in the American Spirit Dance Company.
Hillary has been teaching for about 6 years. This is her 1st year teaching at Purely Dance. She has had experience teaching ages 3 through 14 at Purely Dance, Stagedoor Dance Center, and The Dance Project. She currently teaches ages 3 through 9 at Purely Dance. Her favorite dance styles to teach are tap and jazz. As a teacher, she enjoys passing the tradition of the arts down to the next generation. She also enjoys helping her students grow as dancers and individuals. |

Kimberly has had 18 years of dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and pointe techniques. Ballet, jazz, and contemporary are her favorite styles to dance. She gained dance experience at Arrowhead Dance Academy, Dance Gallerie, Leap of Faith, and Purely Dance.
This is Kimberly's 8th year teaching at Purely Dance. She has had experience teaching ages 6 through adult at Purely Dance. She currently teaches ages 9 through adult, the Iris Performance Group, the Rose Performance Group, and the Competition Team at Purely Dance. Her favorite dance styles to teach are ballet, jazz, and contemporary. One of Kimberly's favorite things about teaching is sharing her passion for dance with her students. She also enjoys seeing the confidence of her students grow week by week, not simply their confidence in their dancing in class but also their confidence in themselves outside of the dance room. Kimberly also assists in office work and management at Purely Dance. Working at the front desk, she answers questions about the studio, processes and records tuition, and greets families. She is involved in much of the administrative work for Purely Dance including making the class schedules, creating brochures, working on advertising concepts, and creating and maintaining the website. Kimberly is also the Performance Team Manager. With the help of Amber Kolaga and Jessica Ehlers, she teaches routines for the Performance Team groups, prepares the teams for upcoming shows, and is greatly involved in organizing and putting on each show. This year will be her first year managing a Competition Team for Purely Dance. Kimberly is very excited to help her students gain more dance and performance experience through the Competition Team this year. |
Amber has had 16 years of dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and pointe techniques. Although she enjoys all the styles of dance, Amber's passion is ballet. She gained dance experience at Arrowhead Dance Academy, Manhattan Dance, Ballet Magnificat, Long Beach Ballet Company, Repertory Ballet Ensemble and Purely Dance. She is currently dancing with Youth American Ballet Academy.
Amber has been teaching for 7 years at Purely Dance. Amber has had experience teaching ages 3 through teen. She currently teaches ages 3 through teen, the Daisy Performance Group, and the Violet Performance Group at Purely Dance. Her favorite dance style to teach is ballet. As a teacher, she loves watching her students grow and improve as dancers. She also enjoys seeing the pride and amazement of her students when they finally accomplish something that they have been working really hard to get. Amber also assists in office work and management at Purely Dance. She works at the front desk answering any questions concerning the studio, processing and recording tuition, and welcoming students and their families to the studio. She is an important part of much of the administrative work for Purely Dance including making the class schedules, creating brochures, working on advertising concepts, and preparing costume orders. Amber is also the Performance Team Assistant Manager. Along with Kimberly Kolaga and Jessica Ehlers, she teaches dance routines for some Performance Team groups, helps to prepare the team for shows, and is greatly involved in putting on each show. |

Jessica has been working at Purely Dance for 9 years. She works at the desk answering questions about the studio, processing and recording tuition, and greeting families as they arrive at the studio. Jessica is also the Performance Team Event Coordinator. She does a great job contacting possible venues and setting up events for the Purely Dance Performance Team. During the recital and at Performance Team shows, she helps to set up, organize, and clean up after shows.
